1. Orders & Payments

All prices on our website are displayed in Euro (€).

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Nomai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship internationally.

Europe

  • Orders within Europe are eligible for shipping on purchases above €60.
  • Estimated delivery time within Europe is up to 7 business days.
  • Deliveries within Île-de-France are typically completed within 3 business days.

International Orders Outside Europe

  • International shipping outside Europe is available for orders above €150.
  • Delivery time for orders outside Europe may take up to 7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments outside Europe, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Nomai is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nomai shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring compatibility with personal sensitivities or allergies.
