We currently ship to customers worldwide.

Europe

Shipping within Europe is available for orders above €60.

International Shipping

Shipping outside Europe is available for orders above €150.


Processing Times

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Please allow up to 1–3 business days for order preparation and dispatch during normal operating periods.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery time: up to 3 business days.

Europe

Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days.

International Orders Outside Europe

Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers outside Europe may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

Nomai is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional import charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details and delivery addresses are entered correctly at checkout.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Nomai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at:
